My First Blog Post!

Image via WikipediaThis is where I tell you something about myself so here goes... 

My name: Angela Hines, I started the Literary Suspense Blog because I am a fan of you guessed it suspenseful novels hence the titled. My personal collection is not huge because I usually get them from the public library.

I believe a good suspense should grab your attention from the beginning until the satisfying

conclusions. This is the measuring stick I used to gage whether its worth the read.

Some other stuff about me is:

1. I like kittens but am afraid of full grown cats at first sight. Don't know why that is exactly but it's definitely a conundrum.

2. I like to laugh but more importantly I like to make people laugh. But I refuse to perform on command.

3. I love my family, although that should have went first...oh well.

4.  My favorite thing is to curl up with a book and if its really good I won't sleep until I read the whole thing from cover to cover.

5. If the movies any good I automatically look to see if its based on a novel. (Hey, I have to cover my bases right!)

6. If a book/movie is any good I won't rest until I let everyone I know hear about it. I want to basked in the knowledge that this is worth the read/watch.

7. The same goes for if its bad. I would be remiss if I failed to let people know to run as far away from the book/film or at the very least have  some caution. (Hey I warn ya!)
